1000 Lakeside North Harbour, a landmark office complex in Portsmouth, spans over 250,000 square feet office space. The property, known for its modern amenities, faced an issue with its aging bike shelters. The management team reached out to us to address the problem.
Our assignment involved removing the outdated shelters and installing new ones, while retaining the existing bike racks. This allowed us to enhance the facility without disrupting current infrastructure. Additionally, we replaced a weathered bike repair stand with one of our high-quality models.
By upgrading these amenities, we provided the staff with secure and user-friendly bike storage and maintenance facilities. This improvement significantly enhanced the business complex’s end-of-trip facilities (ETOF), demonstrating our commitment to creating functional and convenient solutions.

Our trinity timber bike shelter was selected to replace the old shelters, providing an attractive finish.
The shelters were made to a custom size to fit over the existing bike racks that were left in situ.
The shelters also featured internal gutters, lighting and a digital combination lock with self closing door. The front was made from fully welded mesh for extra security.
Our Public Bike Repair Stand replaced the existing one which was beginning to rust and had a broken pump.
Our new Public Bike Repair Stand is both galvanised and powder coated for extra durability.
