We were pleased to supply Cargill PLC with another 12-space Greasby Cycle Shelter at their Gladstone Dock site, alongside the working quay. Following the installation of a similar shelter 12 months ago, this new facility blends seamlessly with the architecture while maintaining the area’s visual appeal. The highly visible design enhances security, with bikes in full view of the surrounding area, deterring theft. The secure shelter, equipped with a digit combination lock and semi-vertical racks, encourages more staff to cycle to work, promoting sustainable commuting.

Should anyone attempt to enter the shelter with the intent of theft, their actions are more likely to be spotted. The Semi-Vertical Cycle Rack is a space-saving solution that maximises storage by positioning bikes alternately in high and low semi-vertical supports. It can be mounted and secured to the wall, or floor, providing installation flexibility. The racks are galvanised for durability and come with locking loops, enabling three secure locking points for the bike’s frame and both wheels. This feature offers enhanced security, making the rack both practical and efficient for locations where space and secure cycle storage are critical concerns.
